These terms govern your use of the Niyovo website and booking services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and for the information you provide. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
Bookings and availability
- Businesses are responsible for the services, prices, staff and opening hours they publish.
- Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the cancellation window set by each business.
- Niyovo prevents double bookings, but confirmations depend on the information businesses provide.
Payments
Niyovo snapshots agreed prices on each booking. Businesses set and collect their own pricing unless stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to post misleading content, reschedule in bad faith, or disrupt the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Niyovo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
