Niyovo (“we”, “us”) helps local businesses accept appointment bookings. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Niyovo website and any booking tools embedded on partner sites.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email, and profile information when you create an account.
- Booking details — the appointments you make, including service, time, price and confirmation code.
- Business data — for owners and staff: services, staff, opening hours, and published booking settings.
- Usage data — basic logs and device information used to operate and improve the service.
How we use it
- To create and manage your account and bookings.
- To let businesses manage appointments, staff and availability.
- To send confirmations and, where you have enabled them, reminders.
- To keep the service secure and prevent fraud or double bookings.
Sharing
We share the minimum needed to provide the service — for example, the name and contact details you provide with a booking are shared with the business you book with. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can review and update your profile and notification preferences in Settings, and you can ask us to delete your account. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
